Luxury Apartments in Grand Rapids

I just very recently moved into the 616 at the start of September, and so far it's been wonderful. Rebecca, the property manager, is super responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. She keeps you up-to-date with any building information and is with you every step of the way during move-in. This was personally my first big "far away from home" move, and Rebecca is so kind to check in with all of her residents, as well as to make sure they're feeling at home. Just in the past week, I've met many friendly faces, just going in and out of the building.

As for the space - also wonderful! There are so many options just within walking distance. Clear instructions are given if there are any issues with maintenance, and Rebecca is quick to hop on and fix any issues! There are also many new changes coming to the building that I'm excited about as well! Coming from a small town, parking is a bit hectic to me without covered parking, but I am getting the hang of it; there are several surrounding streets with parking if you opt not to get covered parking. There is a key fob required to get into the building and mail room which is a lovely "safe" feature to have. My roommate and I moved into our apartment here at The 616 a week ago and have had a very positive experience! The property manager, Rebecca, has been so helpful in getting us moved in quickly, as well as answering lots of questions we had during the moving process.

The apartment we moved into was very clean, and we love the great views of the city from our apartment. Everyone has been super friendly, and it has been such an easy transition to moving here. We only wish we had heard of this place sooner!

I love living in this building!! I lived in the townhome for 2 years and I have no complaints. Maintenance was consistent when we needed it to be, and I like the security of using a key fob to get into the garage, package room, and the apartment building. I've met amazing people here and it's a great location, if you want to be close to downtown 🙂

I have lived in this building the last 2 years and do not have 1 complaint! The building is in a great location, parking garage, reasonable pricing, only can enter the building with a keyfob, people are friendly and most importantly the management is great. A new owner just purchased this building with a new team. I have only communicated with them for the last couple of months but i will say, Rebecca is the best property manager i have came across in the last 6+ years of living in apartments! She responds to emails so quickly, always friendly, and cares about her residents! I will definitely miss living in the 616.

I’ve lived in a few downtown apartments across the country. Location and how the property is managed is key. 616 has both. Right downtown but still quiet and can walk my dog in peace as it is on a dead end. Don’t have to worry about parking as there is a garage on site. It’s nice to have a few coffee shops within a short walk and the Van Andes Arena and the rest of downtown just over the river. The staff is very professional and handle anything faster than expected. Highly recommend.
